Pre-Appointment Instructions

For PRF Treatments:




  • Stay very well hydrated 24–48 hours before your appointment.
  • Eat a full, healthy meal prior to your appointment (no fasting).
  • f you are typically a “hard stick”, please hydrate for 3 days prior to your appointment. If you are medically able to, supplement for 3 days prior with IV hydration packets as directed per brand being used. 
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day before and day of treatment.
  • Patients with a personal history of cancer are not PRF or PDGF candidates 

For Botox, Filler, and PRF Treatments:
 

  • Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), and blood thinning supplements like fish oil, vitamin E, and ginkgo biloba for 5 days before appointment, unless prescribed by your doctor.
  • Avoid major dental work 2 weeks before or after filler treatments.
  • Avoid active rashes, cold sores, or infections in the treatment area.
  • Please arrive with clean skin (no makeup if possible).
  • If you get cold sores, please begin antiviral medication 3 days prior to appointment

  • Walk past parking lot elevators, into the main lobby of the One Glenlake building (not the Inspire building)
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking.

payment is due in full for all services received, on the day service is rendered. financing companies such as cherry and care credit are not accepted at this time. 

Cancellation Policy for Filler Appointments: To ensure an exceptional experience for every patient, we kindly request a minimum of 7 day’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Filler appointments are reserved for up to 2 hours of dedicated time, and due to the personalized nature of these treatments, short-notice changes are difficult to accommodate. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may result in a $200 fee, or forfeit of deposit.

Cancellation Policy for Neurotoxin Appointments: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for changes to neurotoxin appointments. 

We appreciate your understanding and partnership in welcoming you to an exceptional experience. 

Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged a $200 fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments. We reserve the right to decline future bookings after a no-showed appointment.

Post-Treatment Instructions

After Filler:





- Expect mild swelling, tenderness, and bruising.
- Bruising is variable and cannot be predicted. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for healing before any events, and 6 weeks for healing prior to a major life event (weddings, etc). 
- Apply ice packs gently as needed (10 minutes on, 10 minutes off). Avoid icing and eating until numbing has completely worn off. 
- Avoid dental work, facials, or massages for 2 weeks.
- Contact your provider should any concerns arise. 

After Botox/Dysport/Xeomin:

 

- Avoid massage or facials for 3 days post. 
- Avoid immediately touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to treated areas.
- Avoid exercise, heat, and alcohol for 24 hours.
- Keep the injected area clean after treatment. Makeup can be applied the following day.
- Neurotoxin injections require a minimum of 2 weeks to settle, please plan accordingly when scheduling around events. Allow 6 weeks for results to soften prior to a major life event (wedding, etc). 




After PRF Injections:






- Swelling and tenderness are normal and to be expected.
- Avoid applying makeup for 6–8 hours.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and hot environments (sauna, hot tub) for 24 hours.
- When medically possible, please avoid the use of blood thinning medications such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), aspirin, and anti-inflammatory steroids (e.g., prednisone) for 7 days after PRF treatment. 

After Hyperdilute Radiesse Injections:







Begin gentle massage of the treated areas the night of your procedure, unless otherwise directed. 
- Use clean hands and moderate pressure while massaging
- A small amount of gentle moisturizer, face wash or arnica can be used to facilitate massage 
- “3-2-1 Rule”: Massage for 3 days, two times per day (AM & PM), for 1 minute each time.
